With over two decades of experience across HR, recruitment, and personnel strategy, I don’t look at business through a traditional lens. I am a Certified Workplace Investigator and a Lean fanatic. What that means for you is that I don’t treat symptoms; I identify root causes.
I’ve built my career on the belief that efficiency is the highest form of respect you can show your employees and your bottom line. Whether I am auditing a compensation structure, conducting a high-stakes investigation, or redesigning a personnel strategy, my focus is on Operational Integrity.
